Add Custom Name & Number

Please read before purchasing: 

1. You must purchase this listing for each t-shirt that you would like to add your players name/number to. (IE: If you want to add a name/number to 3 shirts, you would order 3 shirts, plus 3 of this item.)
2. You should enter the player's last name/number in the notes at checkout. 
3. Name/name color: black or white shirt = orange text, orange shirt = black text
4. If you purchase less of this item than you do shirts, please note which shirt it should go on in the notes at checkout.
